Digital Mega Market License Agreement

Effective Date: July 29, 2026

Welcome to Digital Mega Market. This License Agreement explains how you may use the digital products purchased from DigitalMegaMarket.com.

By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from Digital Mega Market, you agree to the terms of this License Agreement.

1. Ownership

All digital products sold by Digital Mega Market remain the intellectual property of Digital Mega Market unless otherwise stated.

Your purchase grants you a license to use the product. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the product.

2. License Types

Depending on the product, one of the following licenses will apply.

A. Personal Use License

A Personal Use License allows you to:

Use the product for your own personal projects.
Edit or customize the product for your own use.
Print unlimited copies for your personal use (where applicable).
Store the product on your personal devices.

You may not:

Resell the product.
Share or distribute the files.
Upload the files to any marketplace or website.
Give the files away for free.
Claim the design as your own.
Remove copyright or branding where included.

B. Commercial Use License

Where a product specifically includes a Commercial Use License, you may:

Use the product for your own business.
Customize the product for business purposes.
Use the product in marketing materials for your own business.
Create finished work for clients, if the product description expressly allows client use.

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the original digital files.
Sell the product as an editable template.
Upload the original files to Etsy, Creative Market, Shopify, Gumroad, or any other marketplace.
Share download links or source files with others.
Claim the original design as your own.

3. Canva Templates

For Canva template products:

You may:

Make your own editable copy.
Change text, colors, fonts, photos, and branding.
Use the customized design as permitted by your license.

You may not:

Resell or redistribute the original Canva template.
Share the Canva template link publicly.
Sell or give away the editable template itself.

Some templates may require a Canva Pro subscription. This will be stated on the product page where applicable.

4. Adobe Express Templates

For Adobe Express template products:

You may:

Customize supported elements.
Use the edited design as permitted by your license.

You may not:

Redistribute the original template.
Share editable template files.
Sell the template itself.

Some features may require an Adobe Express Premium subscription. This will be disclosed in the product description where applicable.

5. Printable Products

For planners, worksheets, journals, checklists, and similar printables:

You may:

Print copies for your own use.
Edit fillable versions if provided.

You may not:

Sell the printable files.
Upload them to another website.
Distribute them as free downloads.
Include them in another digital product for resale.

6. SVG, PNG, and Graphic Files

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

You may:

Use the files in accordance with the license included with the product.

You may not:

Resell or redistribute the original files.
Offer the files as standalone downloads.
Upload them to stock asset websites or design marketplaces.
Claim the artwork as your own.

7. Product Bundles

The purchase of a bundle does not grant additional rights beyond those described in the applicable license.

Each item within a bundle remains subject to this License Agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, logos, product names, graphics, and website content remain the property of Digital Mega Market or its licensors.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

9. Third-Party Assets

Some products may include or rely on third-party assets (such as fonts, icons, illustrations, or stock content) that are used under license.

Your use of those assets may be subject to additional terms from the original rights holder. This License Agreement does not grant rights beyond those applicable licenses.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Resell our products in their original or substantially similar form.
Share purchased files with others.
Upload products to marketplaces or file-sharing websites.
Use our products in any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
Remove copyright notices where present.
Claim our products or designs as your own original work.

11. License Termination

Your license may be terminated if you violate this License Agreement.

Upon termination, you must stop using the product and delete all copies in your possession or control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

12. No Transfer of Rights

Your purchase is licensed to you only.

You may not assign, transfer, sublicense, or sell your license without our prior written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Mega Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products.

Nothing in this agreement limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

14. Changes to This License Agreement

We may update this License Agreement from time to time.

The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.

Continued use of our products after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated License Agreement.
