Nature of Digital Products
All products sold on Digital Mega Market are digital downloads. No physical products are shipped.
Once a digital product has been downloaded or access has been provided, it generally cannot be returned.
Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.
Refunds are not normally provided for:
- Accidental purchases
- Change of mind
- Purchasing the wrong product
- Not reading the product description
- Lack of software compatibility when software requirements were clearly stated
- Failure to download after the download period has expired (where applicable)
- Personal preference or dissatisfaction with the design after purchase
When We May Issue a Refund
We may consider a refund if:
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- The downloaded files are permanently corrupted and we are unable to provide working replacement files.
- The product delivered is substantially different from the product description.
- A technical issue on our side prevents you from accessing the purchased product and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.
Each request is reviewed individually.

- Provide replacement download links where appropriate

Canva Templates
For Canva template products:
- A free Canva account may be sufficient for some products.
- Some templates may include features that require Canva Pro. If so, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
Refunds will not be issued because a customer does not have the required Canva plan when that requirement was disclosed before purchase.
Adobe Express Templates
Some Adobe Express templates or features may require an Adobe account or a paid Adobe plan.
Please review the product description before purchasing.
